At Divine Army Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of damage, odors, or alterations
In original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items
Supplements and wellness products (for health and safety reasons)
Custom or personalized items
Digital downloads

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at divinearmyorder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
